Abstract:
In recent years, emotional labor in organizations has become the focus of managers and researchers. The emotional feeling and expression of organization members will have an impact on the attitude and behavior of members, and then affect the survival and development of enterprises. This paper adopts the methods of theoretical research and empirical research, and uses the method of multi-level regression analysis to establish a cross-level impact model to explore the relationship and impact mechanism between leaders' emotional labor, employees' emotional state and job performance of employees in automobile manufacturing. Through the cross-level analysis of the survey data, it is concluded that the shallow leader behavior has a negative impact on employee job performance, and the deep leader behavior and real emotional expression has a positive impact on employee job performance. It also shows that employees' emotional state will have an impact on job performance.
