Subpixel Location Model Based on Lagrange Interpolation

Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic science and technology, image processing technology gradually tends to mature. The measurement of edge contour is more and more accurate. The image distortion correction technology also makes the image easier to process. This paper mainly uses HALCON and MATLAB to process the image and establishes models such as grey level optimization exposure repair, Lagrange interpolation method for sub-pixel edge detection, and image correction according to the coordinate system. The established model method is used to study the problem.
