System operation and data value application of energy big data center based on dual-carbon theory

Abstract:
In 2020, China announced to the world the national goal of achieving a carbon peak by 2030 and striving to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, and put forward a phased goal for China's green and low-carbon transition of energy. Energy big data is a vital data information asset. Mining the value of the data behind it is an important starting point to help achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Based on the background of achieving the dual-carbon goal, this paper uses electricity data as the core data to analyze the general situation and current energy big data center construction situation. And the system operation ideas of the energy big data center and the appropriate data value application mode are explored to promote the utilization efficiency of energy big data as well as the development of new business forms and new models of energy big data centers, and facilitate the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry.
