Abstract:
With the promotion of Industry 4.0 in the field of civil engineering construction management, the digitalization level of Chinese highway construction industry has gradually improved. However, a large amount of business data accumulated by highway engineering projects has not been effectively mined and utilized. This paper established a framework for business data mining and analysis based on a large-scale cross-sea bridge construction project, the Huangmaohai Link Project. Based on the project management framework, this paper conducts data analysis in project progress management, daily work management and project approval management. The analysis results effectively exposed the shortcomings and hidden problems in the project. The quality and efficiency of the management has been significantly improved.
