Abstract:
The intelligent production of lightweight wall panels is a necessary support for promoting the industrialization of prefabricated buildings. In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor precision in the production process, an innovative improvement of the automatic cutting system for lightweight wall panels is proposed. The automatic cutting system of lightweight wall panels is optimized by combining a synchronous moving device and a clamping device to ensure that the cutting device moves synchronously with the lightweight wall panels. Aiming at the accuracy of the synchronous moving device of the lightweight wallboard cutting system, the optimization measures of the control system structure of the cutting device are proposed to realize the fixed-length cutting of the wallboard, and one reciprocating motion can cut the wallboard twice. The feasibility and effectiveness of the innovative design of the lightweight wallboard cutting system are verified by the finite element analysis of the clamping clip.
