              Abstract:
              In this paper, a novel PCB based Rogowski coil design is presented and its performance verified. The coil parameters are extracted using ANSYS Q3D Extractor and validated by using a Tektronix TTR500 vector network analyzer (VNA). An op-amp based integrator is designed by importing these parameters into LT-Spice. The bandwidth of the Rogowski coil–Integrator assembly is tested using the VNA, indicating a bandwidth in excess of 330MHz. A relay-based edge generator is designed to generate a voltage with a 10% to 90% risetime of approximately 6ns. This is used to test the Rogowski coils in time domain.
