Abstract:
Node self localization is the basis of target localization in wireless sensor networks. Wireless sensor network node location algorithms include distance based and distance independent. The location algorithm based on RSSI is widely used because of its simple implementation, but the ranging error of RSSI method is large, which affects the node location accuracy. A distance correction localization algorithm for wireless sensor networks based on RSSI is proposed. The algorithm calculates the position of the approximate centroid through RSSI ranging, takes it as the reference point for distance correction, and then determines the position of the node. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the node location accuracy.
