Abstract:
The effect of cable deformation on antenna precision of spatial deployable antenna hinge is very important, so it is of great significance to study the structural deformation of hinge caused by cable linkage tension. In this paper, the finite element modeling method of the root hinge and the interarm hinge is proposed. Based on the rope surrounding mode and the stress of the hinge, the rope linkage tension is equivalent to pressure, and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out for different rope linkage tension directions and different fixed positions. According to hinge deformation and hinge main bending direction and side bending direction Angle, the influence of hinge deformation caused by rope force on hinge deformation was evaluated, which can provide reference for design, analysis and optimization of similar deployable structures.
