Abstract:
Constant stress reliability accelerated life test is to select a group of accelerated stress level, a certain number of samples are divided into several groups, each group under a stress level life test, until each group has a certain number of samples failure. In this paper, the life characteristics under high stress level are used to extrapolate the life characteristics under normal stress level and to establish the relationship between life characteristics and stress level, under the lognormal distribution of a certain number of samples to complete statistical analysis of constant stress accelerated life test data, The confidence interval and confidence limit of the reliability index under the condition of fixed and timed truncation are obtained respectively, and the life distribution under normal stress level is obtained, and the estimation of each reliability index is calculated.
