Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of excessive dependence on DC bias magnetoelectricity, too large size and low sensitivity of existing magnetoelectric sensors in power grid transmission lines, a flexible self-biased magnetoelectric transducer design method for current detection was proposed. The designed magnetoelectric transducer can reach a magnetoelectric voltage coefficient of 17.65V/(cm·Oe) in the zero-bias state, and has excellent magnetoelectric response performance. The current monitoring capability of the transducer is verified on the built current test platform. The results show that the sensitivity of the transducer is 33.07mV/A when the power frequency current is 50Hz, which has excellent sensitivity and linearity. The field has great application value and broad application prospects.
