Abstract:
High proportion of renewable energy connected to the grid will become the inevitable development trend and important feature of the world power system in the future. Due to the low inertia of the power grid with a high proportion of renewable energy, the frequency change rate in the power grid is usually very high. Before the primary frequency modulation response, the frequency drop caused by the disturbance is likely to exceed the action threshold of the low-frequency load shedding device. The variable objective control proposed in this paper divides the active power control of the load aggregator into two stages. The first goal is the fast power balance stage based on local frequency deviation, including early fast power injection to prevent the rapid change of frequency in a short time after disturbance; The second stage is to respond to the secondary frequency modulation command sent by the system. This control method can reduce the frequency drop of the system, and can quickly restore the system frequency to the rated frequency.
