Abstract:
Electrical energy replacement planning is equally predictive, forward-looking and directional guidance, and has important guiding significance for electrical energy replacement. The planning effect evaluation is the basis of electrical energy replacement planning development, and is related to the overall quality and level of the power replacement planning program. Policy feasibility evaluation is an important aspect of electrical energy replacement planning, but there is currently a lack of index system for scientific and reasonable evaluation of its policy feasibility. The main reason is that electric energy replacement plans have large, uncertain factors, involving a wide range of fields. This paper is aimed at the problem of power replacement planning policy and the problem of lacking related indicator systems. Based on the existing policy system for promoting electrical energy alternative, the principle of evaluating the feasibility of electrical energy alternative is given. Finally, the content, standard and training-based packet score evaluation method for electrical energy replacement policy feasibility is proposed.
