Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements for the cost supervision and review of transmission and distribution prices, support the high-quality operation of modern equipment management systems, strengthen lean management of power grid equipment production costs, and improve overall asset operation performance, power grid companies have carried out asset life cycle management, multi-dimensional lean reforms, and power grid maintenance Deepen the application of operation and maintenance cost. Based on the actual costs of 500kV substations, including self-operated material costs, outsourcing maintenance costs, labor costs, property insurance costs, vehicle usage fees, and power facility protection costs, this research studies the factors affecting the cost changes of 500kV substations, and uses regression analysis to locate the main influencing factors Based on this, build a cost-differentiated configuration model, calculate adjustment coefficients, implement quality and efficiency improvements, and further increase the control of the production cost of power grid equipment.
