Abstract:
With economic development and the increasing scale of power grids, power grid systems have increasingly higher requirements for fault handling efficiency. At present, 10kV faults on the medium voltage side of the distribution network can be judged and dealt with with higher efficiency through the distribution automation system to achieve the goal of improving power supply reliability; the low voltage side of the distribution network 0.4kV and below, especially to the electric meter level, has a larger number of equipment , faults occur more frequently, there is currently a lack of effective equipment monitoring methods, and the support for fault discovery and handling is not high. Processing can only be started after users call for repairs. The efficiency is low and user satisfaction is relatively low. In addition, after the fault handlers arrive at the scene, they cannot accurately locate the fault point in advance, which takes a long time to investigate, which also brings trouble to the rapid restoration of power supply. This paper proposes a comprehensive research and judgment technology for low-voltage faults in distribution networks based on “cloud-edge-side collaboration”, through the synergy of edge computing and cloud computing and the multi-dimensional data system that gathers multi-source information through edge computing research and judgment results and cloud computing, realizes accurate and efficient comprehensive research and judgment of low-voltage faults, improves power supply reliability and user satisfaction, and supports the digital transformation of distribution networks.
