Abstract:
Under the new situation, the investment and construction of smart grids has entered the stage of comprehensive development and construction. In this context, strengthening the level of power grid engineering cost control is not only related to the quality of smart grid construction, but also related to the level of future economic benefits for enterprises. The 110kV overhead line project is an important part of the investment and construction of smart grids. The quality of its cost control directly affects the sustainable operation and development capabilities of power grid companies and the investment capabilities of smart grid construction in the future. Therefore, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the cost of the 110kV overhead line project, this paper constructs a combined project cost prediction model based on regression analysis and gray theory. Finally, combined with actual case analysis, the effectiveness of the prediction model is verified. This forecasting technology can provide a reference for power grid companies to improve their smart grid cost control level.
