Abstract:
As the key equipment in the operation of power facilities, the transformer is the power equipment that the power sector pays attention to in the daily maintenance. The operation and maintenance personnel mostly use the method of on-site visual inspection to initially judge whether the operation status of the transformer is normal. This method is timeconsuming and not accurate enough. To solve the above-mentioned problems, a passive wireless intelligent sensing system based on surface acoustic wave is designed and a new device is proposed. Its working mechanism is to monitor the oil level (oil level), oil level and Parameters such as temperature and external ambient temperature are used to judge the operating status of the transformer. These parameters are transmitted to the backend of the operation and maintenance department through the 5G network, which is beneficial for the operation and maintenance personnel to centrally manage the transformers in the area.
