Abstract:
In order to reduce the risk in clinical surgery, reduce the possibility of iatrogenic injury, improve the quality of surgery, improve the patient's surgical prognosis. An intraoperative neuroelectrophysiological monitor was designed and studied in this paper. The monitor is mainly to stimulate the human body to generate relevant electromyography signals, through the sensor signal acquisition, the acquisition of the signal after filtering and amplification processing, transmission to the monitoring host, so as to achieve data transmission and human-computer interaction. C51 microcontroller is used as the main control module. The main control unit controls the pulse stimulator to generate the constant current required for measurement. In the software part, neural network algorithm is used to optimize the collected signals and obtain more accurate and effective signals, so as to improve the safety and reliability of clinical surgery.
