Abstract:
Pedestrian Dead Reckoning (PDR), with its strong autonomy and high short-term positioning accuracy, rapidly becomes one of the hot spots of indoor positioning research. However, traditional PDR algorithm has some limitations. On the basis of a large number of research, this paper proposes a pedestrian position adaptive fitting algorithm based on Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) sensor. In this algorithm, the motion state of the foot is judged by zero-crossing detection and short-term invariance of gait, and step length of pedestrian is fitted by self-adaptive acceleration. Finally, the trajectory of pedestrian motion is obtained by calculating pedestrian position. Through repeated tests, it is concluded that the maximum error is less than 1.5 meters within the distance of 95 m, which has a good practical application prospect.
