Abstract:
In order to alleviate the serious problems of new energy consumption, a certain scale of energy storage equipment is configured to consume the power abandonment of the external transmission system. In this context, taking into account the economic and energy-saving coordination and balance indexes, this paper analyzes the current situation of China's wind and solar resources, takes 50% of renewable energy power and 10% of power rejection rate in the outward transmission channel as the goal, establishes the optimization model of the combined outward transmission capacity of wind and photovoltaic powers, thermal power and storage, and proposes the calculation process. A typical new energy base under the DC transmission to North China power grid is selected for example analysis. The results show that configuring a certain scale of energy storage facilities and gradually improving the flexibility of thermal power technology can meet the requirements of 50% of renewable energy in the transmission channel and the requirements of power abandonment rate, which provides a basis for the planning and construction of relevant enterprises.
