Abstract:
The scale of investment and construction of new substation projects is large, and there are many influencing factors in the construction process, which increases the difficulty of cost control of new substation projects to a certain extent. Therefore, combined with the statistical mining of the historical engineering information of the new substation project, this paper identifies and analyzes the influencing factors of the project cost, and provides a reference and basis for the power grid enterprises to improve the project cost control level and the project construction benefit level.
