Abstract:
Aircraft components are susceptible to structural damage under load fatigue or flight service conditions, which is not easily observed and poses a great threat to the flight life and personnel safety of the aircraft. In this paper, structural damage and load monitoring software is designed by using LabVIEW virtual instrument platform. First, the functional requirements and overall architecture of the software are analyzed and designed, and data analysis of sensor parameters, monitoring signals and monitoring results are performed. Then, the implementation mechanism and functional architecture of the data acquisition module, damage monitoring module and load monitoring module in the software are described respectively. Finally, the functions and performance of the software are verified by aluminum plate damage and load monitoring tests and wing box section load monitoring tests. The results show that the functions of the software modules are reliable and stable, and the structural damage and load states can be accurately derived by the software.
