Research and Design of Intelligent Manufacturing System Based on Internet of Things and Virtual Reality Technology

Abstract:
With the development of industrial Internet of Things technology, the manufacturing industry has a strong demand for intelligent manufacturing system and industrial site data collection. The traditional workshop monitoring system lacks the means to visualize, analyze and process the data, and lacks effective monitoring and early warning of production status. In response to this situation, this paper develops a set of intelligent manufacturing system based on Internet of Things technology and virtual reality technology, which can three-dimensionally visualize and intelligently detect industrial site data and production conditions, and provide data basis for manufacturing information management and production decision
