Abstract:
Oil-immersed power transformer is the main equipment of substation, and bushing is an important component for connecting transformer with power grid. Its function is to lead the leads on the high, medium and low voltage sides inside the transformer box to the outside of the transformer oil tank, and connect with the power grid through the external leads, and at the same time play the role of insulating and fixing the leads to the ground. As one of the important accessories of the bushing transformer, it is responsible for fixing the wires and connecting the inside and outside of the transformer. It has the characteristics of light weight, small volume, good tightness and convenient maintenance. On-site casing requires high electrical strength and mechanical strength, and good thermal stability. Based on this situation, according to the relevant technical standards and specifications, this paper studies the early warning system of transformer bushing terminal screen fault, and proposes an intelligent hybrid method based on fuzzy theory and neural network, that is, the terminal screen fault diagnosis of transformer bushing based on fuzzy relation and self-organizing feature mapping, which realizes the rapid and effective diagnosis of terminal screen discharge, improves the equipment fault early warning ability, provides reliable data for maintenance and evaluation, and improves the accuracy of real-time online fault diagnosis of power transformer.
