Grid planning technology and popularization and application of local distribution network based on particle swarm optimization

Abstract:
For a long time, the development of the power industry has been dominated by the supply side, and the power market has not yet been perfected. The distribution network has complex lines, and there is no reasonable planning and overall planning, which seriously restricts the normal operation and work of the distribution network. The purpose of this paper is to research and popularize the grid planning technology of local distribution network based on particle swarm optimization. The principle and idea of grid planning of distribution network and the idea and characteristics of particle swarm algorithm are introduced, and the typical domestic medium-voltage distribution network wiring form is studied. The traditional substation site selection generally divides the power supply range first, and then determines the location of the substation. The goal is to minimize the network loss of the medium-voltage line in the power grid, and establish a mathematical model for the optimization of the distribution of power supply in the power supply block network. Taking M city as an example, it is concluded that the maximum power supply radius of the medium-voltage feeder is less than 2.5km. The location and power supply range of the substation are in line with the "bottom-up" planning concept of grid planning on the premise of ensuring power supply demand.
