Abstract:
At present, the level of industrial automation has become an important symbol to measure the modernization level of all walks of life. In the modern industrial automation process, the controller of the control system mainly adopts the PID controller. Sampling system and continuous system are the most important in signal processing. In the context of this research,this paper focuses on the analysis of the sampling system and continuous system in the signal and system, Including the acquisition, transmission, and transformation process of signals in the sampling system, the composition of the computer control system, the working principle, and the matching and connection of digital components and analog components in the system. Through the experimental results of Matlab and Simulink simulations, the performance differences between the sampling system and the continuous system and various discretization methods are compared. The significance of this research lies in that, on the basis of analyzing the system performance, the PID controller is designed and improved, which improves the system performance and provides an important theoretical basis for a series of subsequent studies.
