Abstract:
It has become a common goal that the tourist volume control at a tourist attraction can promote the healthy development of tourism. The number of on-site visitors is intelligently controlled by the application of the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and big data technologies. There are also many pressing problems that need to be resolved for smart tourism, for example, improving the service quality at a tourist attraction, reducing the occurrence of safety accidents, and improving management efficiency. Based on the face-recognition data based tourist volume control model in [3], this paper brings forward an algorithm to calculate the real-time distribution of tourists at a tourist attraction, which is programmed and implemented in Python language. Taking the data model of the Western Xia King’s Tomb (Xixialing) tourist attraction as an example in [3], experiments are carried out by building an experimental data set and demonstrate that the algorithm is effective. It provides a new approach to build visualized smart tourism system with big data under the face recognition data model.
