Abstract:
It is one of the important ways for electric customers to use power self-service terminals to purchase electricity, print invoices and other businesses. However, with the popularization of Internet and mobile applications, the business volume accepted by business halls and self-service terminals is gradually declining. At the same time, it is increasingly difficult to meet the business needs of users, which is difficult to use, maintain and improve. This paper analyses the current situation of the existing business hall and the power self-service terminal, analyses the content, user objectives, business objectives and interaction mode of the power self-service terminal, and puts forward the interaction design method and model based on the user experience model, which provides a reference for the application of the power selfservice terminal.
