Abstract:
This article is mainly aiming at the trend of goods inventory and logistics in the garment industry, neglecting the management of the storage environment, an intelligent garment storage monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology is designed to solve the garment environmental temperature and humidity adaptation, energy consumption waste, gas poisoning and fire problems. The system shares data with the Hewu IOT platforms in the OneNET IOT open platform. The STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer is used as the main controller. The DHT11 sensor is used to detect the ambient temperature and humidity. The MQ-2 sensor is used to detect the smoke concentration. The JW01 sensor is used to detect the formaldehyde concentration. The photoresistor is used to detect the light intensity, and the collected data is uploaded to the OLED display in real time. The WiFi wireless communication technology is used to transmit to the app mobile terminal for display, and the mobile terminal controls the fan, light and exhaust fan remotely. When the smoke, formaldehyde and temperature and humidity are not suitable for the storage environment of clothes, light flicker of red, yellow and blue colors and buzzer alarm shall be carried out respectively, and the exhaust fan shall be automatically turned on to dehumidify and exhaust smoke. At the same time, the OLED display alerts the staff to open the window or evacuate, and the APP pops up the window to notify the administrator. Through the monitoring of light intensity, the light is automatically controlled to save energy and reduce consumption. Ensure simple and convenient operation, real and reliable monitoring data, reduce the loss of personnel and fire accidents. The results show that the system integrates many functions of monitoring, prevention and automatic control, and can be used to realize and popularize the garment warehouse industry in real life.
