Abstract:
This project aims to study the operation of a passive tuner that works at the fundamental frequency of a load-pull system suitable for RF PA design. By using AWR-MWO software to simulate the circuit to compare the different frequency characterization at the DUT output port under different load and output impedance. The CG2H40010 power amplifier is simulated under different frequencies, input power, and output impedance to achieve the purpose of this thesis. The simulation results show that the input power is 32dBm and the output matching impedance is 24.9+j12.7Omega, the optimal PAE is 70.2%, and the highest output power is 41.68dBm.
