Abstract:
The short-circuit current at the outlet of the transformer is relatively large, which will cause certain mechanical and thermal damage to the body. Due to the cumulative effect, several times of outlet short-circuit fault may cause internal faults of the transformer. Therefore, insulation measures are often used to strengthen the protection of the transformer and avoid outlet short-circuit fault. This paper illustrates the importance of correct insulation measures with two cases, and puts forward several targeted suggestions to improve the quality of equipment maintenance.
