Abstract:
In recent years, China's high-speed rail industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, the railroad rail manufacturing industry is also undergoing automation transformation and industrial upgrading. Straightness is an important aspect of evaluating the quality of rails. Traditional rail straightness is mainly tested manually using standard long straightedges and plug gauges. Due to the low efficiency of manual measurement and large errors, the research on automated rail straightness measurement equipment is becoming more abundant at this stage. Based on the proposed mechanism of rail straightness detection based on the cooperation of dual sensors, this paper analyzes its systematic error. It mainly includes the influence of the dimensional chain on the straightness and the influence of the included angle of the sensor mounting plate on the straightness. At the same time, the difference between the measurement method and the manual measurement method is also analyzed.
