Abstract:
During the installation and operation of sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers in substations, various kinds of potential safety accidents may occur in sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment, it is necessary to strengthen the quality supervision and management of sulfur hexafluoride gas newly produced and gas in operation. This paper describes four common faults of sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers in substations: abnormal gas pressure of sulfur hexafluoride、abnormal operating mechanism、sulfur hexafluoride gas leakage and there is something inside the tank, and analyzes the maintenance strategies of sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. Once the fault occurs in the sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker of the substation, it is convenient for the staff to make the correct judgment in the first time and find out the fault point, which provides time guarantee for isolating the fault point and solving the fault as soon as possible.
