Abstract:
With the increasing penetration rate of distributed photovoltaic (DPV), reasonable DPV and distributed energy storage (DES) planning is of great significance. Aiming at the voltage problem at the present stage, in this paper, a collaborative planning model of DPV and DES is proposed. The upper level DPV planning model gives priority to minimum voltage deviation, and also takes into account the total cost and system losses of distribution network. The lower level DES planning is carried out on the basis of the results of the upper level planning. Two optimization objectives of total cost and voltage deviation are considered to complete the capacity planning of the DES and the optimization of charge and discharge strategy. The particle swarm optimization is used to solve the problem. Simulation results verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
