Abstract:
The nuclear radiation cumulant and the nuclear radiation intensity have a certain integral relationship. Thus, the nuclear radiation information is connected with the current information through a certain conversion device, thereby establishing the internal connection between the nuclear radiation cumulant and the resistance of the spin memristor, and realizing the measurement of the nuclear emission cumulant. In this paper, the nuclear radiation cumulant sensor circuit based on a spin memristor array is further optimized. The performance of the cross array, the information processing circuit, and the reset circuit in the sensor are tested. The response under the condition of non-nuclear radiation is studied and analyzed. The effects of nuclear radiation intensity, the number of array cross points, the gain of the amplifier, and the limiting resistance on the characteristics of the sensor are studied. The simulation results show that the total resistance in each cross point of the spin memory array and the total resistance of the array remain unchanged, which overcomes the influence of the resistance change of a single spin memory on the sensor.
