Abstract:
The The use of shore power for inland ship berthing operation is an important means to reduce ship exhaust pollution to the environment. In recent years, the coverage rate of electric facilities at domestic river and port ports has increased significantly, but the use situation is not ideal. In order to improve the utilization rate of shore power in inland river ports, through a large number of investigations and taking typical inland river terminals as an example, three main problems affecting the use of shore power are summarized, including the construction of shore power facilities does not meet the current standards, and the lack of necessary components and ship equipment. In view of the existing problems, suggestions on the optimization of shore power use, policy supervision and incentive measures are put forward.
