Abstract:
The leakage inductance of a coupling transformer dose not only aggravate the ringing effect of the output coding waveform of the lineside electronic unit (LEU), but also seriously affects the transmission distance of the coding signal. To solve the above problems and ensure that the LEU meets engineering requirements, the leakage inductance of transformers excited by high-frequency pulse signals is analyzed in detail, and a finite element analysis model of threedimensional transient field circuit, directly coupled with a transformer, is proposed. The inductance parameters of the transformer are calculated by magnetic energy method, which provides a basis for the design of the special coupling transformer of LEU.
