Abstract:
This paper introduces a possible procedure of grid restoration in the control area of the transmission system operator 50Hertz Transmission GmbH. The scenario is carried out with a grid simulator for dispatcher training. The procedure presented here is from the gas turbine power plant (GPP) Thyrow to the lignite thermal power plant (TPP) Schwarze Pumpe, loaded with the own demand of the opencast mines of LEAG AG and the Berlin grid area.
