Abstract:
Grid planning with electrification and integration of the mobility sector requires demand factors and average daily load profiles for private and public charging infrastructure. The aim of the study is the determination of demand factors and average daily load profiles with a charging power between 3.7 kW and 150 kW. Based on mobility data from cars and measurement data from charging stations in urban areas, the key figures are determined with the help of a Monte-Carlo-Simulation. The new scientific contribution of the study is the differentiation between the following charging locations with up to 10,000 charging points: Home, work, residential areas, central areas, commercial areas, petrol stations and customer car parks. The relevance of specific input parameters is compared in a sensitivity analysis, especially in the context of market-driven charging and dynamic load management at the grid connection points.
