Abstract:
The total length of China's continental coastline from north to south is about 18,000 kilometers, and its island coastline is more than 14,000 kilometers. There are numerous coastal islands, but most of them are unattended. Sovereignty maintenance and maritime law enforcement has always been a problem, among which the lack of effective information platform and equipment is the core problem .Therefore ,an unmanned information platform equipped with an information system is proposed .Platform choose based Marine equipment fixed form, design a kind of comprehensive situational three-dimensional perception information platform and using the flexible base caisson gravity base, and Marine energy autonomous system using solar energy is given priority to, platform equipment set "feeling, transfer, use, tubes" in a body, can rapid prototyping, a large number of replication, the maneuverability is strong ,It can effectively expand China's geostrategic advantage in the South China Sea islands .At present, equipment has completed deployment demonstration in the South China Sea, serving as a "maritime sentinel" to realize information defense on remote uninhabited islands and reefs in China.
