Abstract:
In the context of the energy internet, the energy and power industry chain, which centers on the power industry, faces the problems of long coordination, poor information fusion, and lack of monitoring and early-warning methods for the primary energy supply. In this paper, from the perspective of the power industry, a coal supply information monitoring and risk early warning system framework covering the whole chain of coal supply chain, such as production, transportation, storage, transaction and consumption, is constructed; then, the index system, which includes the whole link information of coal supply chain, is established to monitor the important information which affects the security of power supply and the stability of market price. At last, the early-warning method are put forward which focus on the risk of coal price fluctuation, coal inventory and coal contact, providing references for information monitoring and early-warning methods of coal supply chain and system development in power industry.
