Abstract:
As a special group in social life, the visually impaired face many practical problems when taking the subway. Based on the CJM method, this paper evaluates and analyzes the subway travel of visually impaired people from the perspective of location, behavior and opportunity points. The AHP method is used to score the optimization schemes at different levels of the subway spatial guidance interaction system for the visually impaired. The corresponding score set and matrix set are formed to compute the relevant evaluation result vectors, and then the optimal design direction is obtained to optimize the subway spatial guidance interaction system oriented to the visually impaired. It also provides concepts and references for the study of visually impaired people's travel in subways and other public spaces.
