Abstract:
Sleep apnea syndrome is a common problem at present. It is very important to design a system which can help to monitor sleep problems and analyze sleep quality. In this study, the acceleration sensor mpu9150 and stm32 were used as the main control chip to realize the functions of human body position signal acquisition, analog-to-digital conversion and data transmission. The upper computer judged the number of turns through posture analysis, and analyzed the sleep apnea syndrome. In order to verify the body position signal, this study simulated the right lying position, left lying position, supine position, prone position and sitting up state during human sleep. The experiment results show that the average accuracy of the rollover detection algorithm is 96.67%. It proved that the accelerometer can be used to analyze and process the sleep, awakening time and sleep efficiency in the process of human sleep, so as to judge whether there is sleep apnea syndrome. The system designed in this study is low load, easy to operate and comfortable. It can be used for daily sleep monitoring and sleep apnea syndrome analysis.
