Abstract:
In view of the increasingly severe situation of infectious diseases, this paper, based on the classical warehouse model, integrates the characteristics of vertical transmission of some diseases and the actual situation of vaccination intervention, establishes two kinds of differential equation dynamics models. Through theoretical research and numerical simulation, it provides an effective theoretical basis for disease control. And further enriched the existing research topics of infectious diseases considering vertical transmission and vaccination. Therefore, this paper simulated and verified the vector infectious disease model with double vertical transmission and virus mutation by using matrix method, Liapunov correlation method, numerical simulation, etc. Finally, the disease was controlled by increasing vaccination ratio and vaccination efficiency, and further promoted Bai Chan's research on infectious diseases related to vaccination and medical strategies.
