Abstract:
To solve the problem that the limited air transport resources can’t satisfy the rapid growth of airport throughput and improve the actual operation management efficiency and passenger satisfaction of airport, a multi-objective optimization method of airport gate assignment based on the collaborative decision mechanism is proposed to optimize the gate resource scheduling. Under the Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) mechanism, a management model of gate assignment based on the flight priority is established. Considering the needs of the operation efficiency, passenger service and resource management, the maximum gate occupancy efficiency, the maximum bridge rate of flights and the balance of idle time are taken as the optimization objectives in this model. Finally, the adaptive genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm are combined to solve the proposed model. The simulation results show that the gate occupancy efficiency is improved respectively 5% and 15%, the bridge rate of flights is increased respectively 13% and 4%, gate idle time is reduced respectively 23% and 49%, compared with the single genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm. In other words, the model proposed is reasonable and effective.
