By comparing the physical health of the experimental group and the control group before and after swimming lessons Test results, analysis of swimming curriculum reform has a positive effect on physical fitness test results. There were significant differences in the weight, vital capacity, sitting body forward flexion, and physical fitness test scores of the students in the experimental group before and after the experiment (P<0.05); there were significant differences in the scores of the students in the control group before and after the experiment. (P<0.05). Research conclusions, the following experiments show that the teaching of swimming curriculum reform teaching can better mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of students, and more effectively improve the BMI, vital capacity, seated forward flexion, and physical fitness test scores of the teaching objects. The teaching of swimming has practical significance and promotion value.
