Abstract:
This paper presents the new generation of 600 V CIPOS(TM) Tiny IM323 IPM products ranging from 6 A to 15 A in a dual in-line (DIL) package with transfer molding. It combines the features of Infineon TRENCHSTOP(TM) reverse conducting drive (RC-D2) IGBTs and optimized silicon-on-insulator (SOI) gate drivers to achieve an excellent solution for motor drive applications. This module offers the smallest package size with high power density.
