Abstract:
In this paper, the influence of high power ultrasonic welding parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Cu-Cu welded joint is studied. The results show that with the increase of welding pressure, the shear strength of the welded joint first increases and then remains unchanged. While with the increase of welding deformation, the shear strength of the welded joint first increases, then remains unchanged and then decreases. The fracture mode of welded joint is determined by welding energy. With the increase of welding energy, the fracture morphology of the joint is characterized which from the welding area to the base metal. The relationship between sink and welding energy is established, and the connection quality between Cu-Cu welded joint can be judged by monitoring value of welding energy.
