Abstract:
Totem pole PFC topology is widely used due to the low voltage stress and high efficiency. However, it will have three independent busbars under three-phase AC input, and the single input LLC is not applicable. To solve this problem, a three-phase interleaved LLC with three independent input ports is proposed. Further, a five-column three-phase transformer structure is proposed. The ZVS implementation considering the effect of magnetic coupling is given. Finally, an 11kW AC-DC converter with 90-265V AC input and 450-900V DC output is designed, which can achieve a power density of 3.5kW/L and 97.1% peak efficiency.
