Abstract:
The paper provides a solution of multiple-output current follower/amplifier designed by IC devices. This device is important for the design of multi-loop current-mode filters. The proposed circuit of the current follower is based on three EL4083 devices and provides four current outputs (two positive and two negative ones). It also offers a simple feature of the electronic inversion of output currents and their attenuation adjustment. The solution can be complemented by current amplifiers (EL2082 devices used in this case). This modification creates a multiple-output current amplifier (with possible control of each output current gain independently). The proposal is supported by the PSpice simulations and the experimental measurements.
