Abstract:
This study aims to enhance the performance of high-voltage, high-power inverters by optimizing the design of Filter Inductor. By replacing SVPWM with 240CPWM, higher switching frequencies are achieved while maintaining low THD and switching losses. The increased frequency reduces inductor requirements, significantly decreasing inductor size, weight, and copper loss. Using the Area Product Method, the design achieves improved power density, thermal performance, and efficiency, offering greater flexibility and reliability for such applications.
